The Joy hotel is located next to the train station, so it is convenient if you travel by train or plane, and easy if you are arriving by car. Our lobby is a large living room, an informal and modern space designed to meet your recreational and professional needs. The furniture was designed by our team of designers and custom made by local craftsmen, using as many regional raw materials as possible, for example Carrara marble and chestnut wood. The walls are full of paintings by contemporary artists, and there is a library of vintage items and volumes for you to browse.  You can order something at the bar, sit on the sofa and have a look at our small guide, or choose a restaurant in San Frediano while your phone is charging on the social table, next to the ready-to-use computer and printer.
